Cost: Free!
Parents and caretakers of smart kids, y’all have heard it all before: “Yadayada,
get more sleep, yadayada.” But what about our kids’ intensities - their
extraordinary imaginational, sensory, intellectual, emotional, and psychomotor
needs? What about anxiety? What about our late-night social owls? How does
sleep even happen with these kids? What about OUR sleep?
Join us for some support, themes, and tips for a better night for all family
members. Then try some things and come back later with more “what about…”
questions.
Age focus: 4 years to 17 years old.
We will have some room for discussion of earlier childhood and the transition to adulthood.
Location: Virtual. A Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
Inquiries: Please email CottonwoodCenter@proton.me, or call 651-755-7875.
