Art Therapy Workshop for Parents of Gifted Children

Join with other parents of gifted and talented children to share the ups and downs of the parenting journey through a four-week art therapy-based workshop. The group will be held from 6 to 8 PM at The Cottonwood Center, on February 13, 20, 27, and March 6, 2017.

Seeking Licensed Therapists

The Cottonwood Center is seeking licensed therapists to provide counseling and/or holistic health services to gifted and talented individuals and other SCIGNNeTs (sensitive, creative, intense, gifted, non-neurotypical people). Additional practice specialties for children, teens, or adults are welcome, and individual, group, art/music, large motor, and play therapy rooms are available.

Why The “Cottonwood” Center?

As we prepare for the official opening of The Cottonwood Center, I’d like to share the origin of this name. My goal in starting The Cottonwood Center has always been to make a space for individuals and families to find welcome, safety, and encouragement to continue their journeys.
