Locations:

• Most services are found at Cottonwood White Bear: 1245 Gun Club Road, White Bear Lake, MN 55110.
• We also have an onsite school-based mental health office for students at Capitol Hill Gifted and Talented Magnet School: 560 Concordia Ave., Saint Paul, MN 55103.  
• Some services are available at Art House North: 793 Armstrong Ave W, St Paul, MN 55102.  
• All locations offer in-person and telehealth options.

• If you would like to pay an invoice via credit or debit card, please use our payment code via Stripe (Link does not work in Safari).
